When Modi came to us, they were very much a bare-bones company, with no real history of much in the way of sales, or trade interest. So the strategy that we had to create was enormous, and there was some risk-taking, that has paid off tenfold.

The first step was to hammer down the persona - they couldn't be seen as your average lighting supplier, as their lights are so special, and also come with a heavy price tag, so we had to hone in on the luxury stance.

After the persona was fixed, we created a cold email campaign, that has to date warranted some impressive results!! 40 qualified trade customers for the Modi store in the first 7 days of the campaign - since then, we have brought in, well over 367 qualified in-trade customers.

With so many trade customers entering the funnel, we have created a full-service marketing system for Modi to use - which includes print media, email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and an in-depth structure on how to close new clients.

Off the back of the success in the cold email, we have now started utilising this data, and have started a luxury-focused SEO strategy, which we are starting to rank the store worldwide, now bringing in retail orders, and maximising the profit margins.
