When we initially spoke to Taboo, they just had 5 products and wanted to sell as much stock as possible, with little to no strategy. They had been working with an "SEO" however, not a lot had been done, and the ROI was in the same ballpark.
We've since helped them add more collections and suggested having coffee equipment, which holds a greater ROI as a one-off order, and which has been selling well, along with the coffee bags.
We also suggested that they go down the subscription route, aswell as selling individual products, as this brings a stronger standpoint when it comes to getting money back into the bank on autopilot. It's also just damn good coffee, so you'd be mad not to!!
Off the back of this, we have also helped them create an on-trade coffee offering, branding coffee for agencies, and small businesses, and this is starting to take off - including using them for our very own coffee, for new clients.
Much more work to be done, but this is a great place for them to be.
