Our challenge was to breathe new life into their brand and design a website that not only showcased their accomplishments but also communicated their services and processes clearly to users.

What we did:

Rebuilt the brand and website

We refreshed the Citipost brand with a cleaner, more modern identity that feels like a serious global operator. We designed and built a new website that clearly explains their services, sectors, and processes, backed by strong proof points. We used simple, clear animations and layout to walk users through complex logistics journeys.

Laid the foundations for international SEO

We restructured the site so services, sectors, and locations are easy for users and search engines to understand. We created dedicated pages for key services and markets, targeting the search terms decision‑makers actually use when looking for distribution partners. We cleaned up metadata, headings, internal links, and technical issues so the site could be properly crawled, indexed, and ranked. We set up tracking so Citipost can see where leads and enquiries come from, across the UK and international markets.

Results

Within the first year after the relaunch:
